Medical Design & Manufacturing Trade Show June 8-10 2010Written by Melinda Friday, 11 June 2010 00:00
We were extremely fortunate with our booth location at the MD&M East show this year in New York, and received a surprising number of visitors. We not only had a great showing with our radial compressor, but our newest diaphragm pump, the 5132, generated tremendous interest. We spoke with many engineers who described design challenges for which this mid-range pump is particularly well suited. The 5132 is perfect for applications requiring substantial flow in a compact and easy to package design, and will easily deliver flows to 12 lpm and vacuum to 16 inches of HG.
Fresh ThinkingWritten by Melinda Thursday, 07 January 2010 11:51 This winter Dynaflo hired two interns with no prior mechanical engineering experience, but a genuine interest in pursuing engineering curricula once they enter college.
Welcome Cait and James! Engineer BrainstormWritten by Melinda Monday, 12 October 2009 20:43 I don't think the designers are getting much sleep around here. They are bringing more than a handful of new pumps and compressors to the table. I thought we had a mini pump with our 2102, then the 4122 came around which is just about ready to go into production...well just wait until you see the micro one these geniuses came up with. 1054Written by Melinda Saturday, 12 September 2009 22:54 Bill just added a two-wire version of its brushless motor to our 1000 series diaphragm pumps . It will flow to 80 LPM. He has designed the brushless motors with built in circuitry so that you can plug the motor directly to a power source using a simple two-wire interface.
The motors are also available with hall sensor commutation to interface directly with your drive circuitry. WelcomeWritten by Administrator Tuesday, 25 August 2009 19:00 We’ll be up and posting product news, features and the latest developments at Dynaflo real soon. In the mean time, feel free to look around the site. Most of our products are highly customizable to help us meet your needs. |
